Loving mother and grandmother, Sheila Ann Reed, born in Trenton, New Jersey on December 2, 1944, passed peacefully at the age of 76 on Sunday, April 11, 2021 in Troy, Michigan at her youngest daughter's home.  Sheila was preceded in death by her father, James Lane, mother, Mable Lane, and ex-husband, Michael Reed.  She is survived by her 3 children, Julie Walton (Gregg Walton), James Reed (Jennifer Reed), and Stephanie Reed, and her 7 grandchildren, Jay, Matthew, Lindsey, Delaney, Zoe, Kenley, and Amelia.  She was a gentle and kind spirit; all who knew her, loved her.  She was a brilliant light in this world that is home now in the heavens.
