Priscilla Ann Fuller was born May 29, 1954 to the late Leroy Fuller and Bessie Lamar in Detroit, MI. She was youngest daughter of the four children from this union. She accepted Christ at Eastlake Baptist Church where she and her siblings sang in the choir. She later attended Peace Baptist Church. She graduated from Southeastern High School and was raised on Detroit's eastside.

Priscilla studied Childhood education at Wayne County Community College. She held many roles including Nurse's Aide at an elder care home, laborer at a plant facility and a home health aide. Maurita Mussawwir was her only child whom she raised on the North End. Priscilla enjoyed baking, watching TV and movies, and was an avid reader and enjoyed travelling. She even had her quote published in the Detroit News about parents needing to spend more time with their children.
