A time to be born...
Ina was the first born of of Ruby and James Campbell on April 23, 1946 in Cincinnati, Ohio. They preceded her in death.

A time to die...
Ina made her transition on May 20, 2016.

A time to plant...
She was baptized at the age of 8. She sang in the Youth Choir, served on the Usher Board, and was a weekly greeter at Zion Baptist Church.
When she moved to Detroit, she joined Plymouth United Church of Christ and served as a Superintendent of Sunday School, was a member of the Koinonian Group, Assistant Treasurer of the Dioconate Board, and in 1999 she became Deaconess Emeritus.

A time to build...
Her grandmother, mother and aunts were teachers and their love of educating young people was instilled in her at an early age. She graduated from Withrow High in 1964 and continued the education legacy of her family when she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education at Ohio University. While there, she was initiated in the Delta Phi chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha. When she moved to Detroit, she joined Alpha Rho Omega chapter. In 1974, she received her Masters of Education degree from Wayne State University.

A time to build up...
Ina taught in the Detroit Public School system for over 30 years at Sill, Mark Twain and Burns Elementary schools. Ina loved teaching mathematics and her goal was to make math fun so that all of her students especially the females would be successful in higher mathematics. She shared her love of math each year by giving workshops at the local, state and national Math Conventions. For many years, she was selected by former students to be their honored teacher at the annual Superintendent's Excellence Awards Banquet.

A time to love...
Ina married Phillip Ingram in 1968 and to this union Marc Jason was born. No matter what was on her schedule, her first concern and priority was Marc.

A time to laugh...
Ina enjoyed spending time with many friends especially the "Sharks" (Pat, Lynne, Barbara, and Patty), the "Plymouth Rocks Breakfast Club" (Lorraine, Mary, Kathy, Cathy, Arlette, and Mike), "5 a.m. Walking Club" (Mary, Margaret, Twila, Gwen, Frank and Carl), the "Golden Girls" (Arlette, Dadra, & Olivia), and Walterine, Camilla, and Cheri.

A time to weep & a time to mourn...
Ina leaves to cherish sweet memories her son, Marc; grandson, Zion; sister Gale Wilson (Edward); and two nephews, Edward, III and Evan any many friends.
