Dianne Therese (Orlando) Shekell of Westland passed away February 15th, 2024 at the age of 74. Dianne was born September 14, 1949.

Dianne is survived by her loving husband John, her son Jerry Richey, daughter Susan Richey, and son Johnny (Courtney) Shekell as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is also survived by two brothers and four sisters.

Dianne met the love of her life John at a bowling alley in Birmingham.
Dianne spent her life in a  "Stitch and Bitch" club where she made many close friends, helping friends and relatives on the internet, decorating cakes and even volunteer teaching cake decorating classes to single mothers. Dianne will always be remembered as the sweetest girl which matched her Texas sheet cakes and cannoli's that she always made for family gatherings.

Heaven needed an angel so God picked Dianne. Dianne's memory will live on in the hearts of all those that loved her.
